According to this headline, “Watchdogs: Bank bailout overpaid $78 billion.” Wasn’t that the whole point of the bailout: money for nothing — or for next to nothing, anyway?

When money goes down the rathole it is gone!

No one expects it to be found. The rats aren’t going to keep track of it and they are certainly not going to come to the surface and expose themselves to any kind of scrutiny!
