Let's look at some of the legislation they have supported in this term of Congress:

"Fair" Minimum Wage Act of 2007
CLEAN Energy Act of 2007
Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007
Employee "Free Choice" Act of 2007 (this piece of legislation actually would have eliminated the secret ballot for determining whether a business unionizes and as a result would have enabled unions to take away the Employee Free Choice not to unionize)
Children's Health Insurance Program Reauthorization Act of 2007
Shareholder Vote on Executive Compensation Act of 2007 (one of the statistics today's socialists always cite is how CEOs are paid alot more than their employees)
College Cost Reduction Act of 2007
College Opportunity and Affordability Act of 2008
Emergency Extended Unemployment Insurance Compensation Act of 2008

Obviously, this organization is a partisan-Democrat organization which lacks the integrity to identify themselves as such.

It would be nice if there was a non-partisan libertarian website that would rate Congresscritters based on how pro-liberty their voting records are.

If you get the chance, read the descriptions of the various bills that the site supports. It is quickly obvious that these people never, ever consider that there might be unintended consequences to the government actions they support. Many, if not most, of the bills are wealth transfers of one kind or another. Any dissent MUST be a plot by rich people to impoverish the middle class.

Ha, Dr. Paul got a 0% grade for his votes from the past few years:

I guess that goes to show you what kind of philosophical leanings the creators of this web site have, not very Mises-friendly.
