it seems to me that France is walking straight into a trap by prohibiting the wearing of the burka much to the delight of the so called irreconcilable antagonists of the various minorities and the levying of financial penalties will be a waste of time, clearly a stronger discouragement is required, recalling a quote from a holywood movie ‘starship troopers’ where Michael Ironsides character is explaining to a class of students the basic principle involved in the democratic right of voting, he makes to point that when you vote you exercise force which is potentially violence on the premise of unlimited majority rule and thus the will of the majority can the be imposed on the minority, this is the mandate that our elected officials can then claim supreme authority and order the armed forces, the police and the judiciary accordingly, I think this is often the point that anti war protesters make that there seems to be no accountability from the first stage in the exercise of violence being the placing of the ‘x’ in the square of the ballet box all the way up to the comander in chief or the Crowns authorisation of force, well if our electected officials appear to wash their hands of the matter or sack one of the scape goats and gleefully continue in office then this amounts to a total abdication in responsibility, well if the buck no longer stops at the top then it must stop at the bottom when that individual first placed their ‘x’ in the box not forgetting that the smallest minority is one so minority rights extends to the individual too or more accurately collective rights are only possible because of the individual, so if by default the buck must now stop at the base of the pyramid there fore the long tradition of anonymous voting must stop, if you assisted in electing into office a goverment which then proceeds to carpet bomb an etire continent then those whom voted for crazies must be held accountable since it no longer appears as though they are willing to carry the can, I think people will be very carefully where they place their x then, they may consider themselves unqualified to vote, they may choose to get informed, or they may surrender their right to vote realising that a simple x in the box carries much more gravity then they realised, so if we can accept that a vote is indeed the exercise of violence then should we not then conclude that to exercise this right while concealing ones identity is tantamount to terrorism since ordinarily the exercise of force in a civilised society is constrained by a system of Objectively defined Laws although it would appear that this is becomming more subjective as time goes by, hence if you choose to conceal your identity are you disqualifying yourself from voting in the general election? on the premise that anonymous force is terrorism but transparent force is in the public arena and can then be scrutinised according to the code of conduct that was used to justify this action, therefore a society that calls itself civilised but does’nt adhere to an Objective code of morality is in the process of disintergration, perhaps the elite feel themselves above any code of morality and there fore lack credibility when they preach it to the masses, that does’nt mean that the masses choose to suffer the chaos of moral relativism, it becomes clear why minorities clammer for sheriah law and other draconian measures, it’s because we have defaulted on establishing a common ground philosophy that we all can agree upon, I vote for Objectivim and am willing to account for this choice as I believe that this philosophy is most concordant with the nature of man qua man and objective reality, so if the election process was adapted to acknowledge the violent nature that is integral in that exercise whereby your identity and your choice of candidate is fully revealed this should at once cause the problem of wearing a concealment to dissapear because who is going to surrender their vote just to remain covered, but this does’nt extend exclusively to the wearers of berkur’s it will effect every one as it should, you shold’nt dreamily walk into a polling station with no serious consideration for the consequences of the potentially deadly thing you are about to do which is electing a government that will then proceed to carry out actions in your name since it will have a list of those who gave the mandate, there will be those who cry blue murder at this, and so they should because the blood of the innocent is squarely on their hands too, the logistics required could be the R.F.I.D. implant in both hands which could be encoded the the individuals D.N.A. so in theory even the decendants of the person who voted for the government that done so much harm can be held accountable, this should ensure the correct consideration when electing our leaders, otherwise we will continue to elect killers, thieves and lawers indefinately and the ones who do this should be made to pay ad infinitum, under these circumstances in may not even be neccessary to prohibit the burka since the identity of the individual can be varified from the moment they step onto the street to the arrival at their destination, but once again it’s not exclusively any community since you can’t vote without the rfid or eventually you won’t event be able to do a transaction of any kind without it, provide the correct code of morality was in place I think this should actually liberate us from unwanted attention by officials but of course this is’nt desirable to the guilty whom hide amoung the the innocent.

so if by voting in a general election you there by give permission to a politician to conduct violence in you name, well is it not resonable to post the names of those who voted that politician into office so the buck can at least stop some where instead of stopping nowhere, I think we need to attach much greater severity to the activity of casting a vote, in the movie ‘starship troopers’ while this may appear to be an invalid reference, I think not because the intellectual thought police abound but fortunately lack imagination, thats why they let such thought provoking gems slide by them in their effort to censor any cerebral conversation in the script, but due to the subject material of this movie it was deemed harmless, just because the enemy is a giant cockroach, this is not barrier to people who exercise imagination, you just have to simplfy you approach, those cockroaches could be symbols or personifications of a present day enemy, the trend towards collectivism once again, but now it has been proved intellectually bankrupt they have to dumb the population down sufficiently that they won’t feel confident in challenging the arbitrary directives issued by central government, perhaps this explains the recent public efforts to decentralise the provision of such services as bus’es, pobably won’t work on trains since they have the anoying need to be place on the permanant way, or railway track for the guilded degenerates in office, I suppose it is offensive to them, such notions as the permanant way, since they only invision the world in spans of four or five years as they will be held to account once again, I’m drifting, so if voting was done in a similar way to star ship troopers, would this resuld in a better world (assuming thats what the guilded degenerates want) this must always be a consideration, in the movie the population is devided into two camps, civilians and citizens, you don’t have to do anything to earn civilianship but to be a citizen you must serve a term of duty, now before everyone sceams foal, this is a trade, if you earn citizenship and you survive because it can be dangerous, then you can get a licence to do other things which perhaps should not be an automatic right in the first place, such as a right to vote, as the right to procreate, the right to higher education, in the movie they are unaffraid to examin wether we should have such entitlements, afterall all these provisions must be paid for, it’s only in recent decades that we’ve assumed that it’s our birth right to receive an education or health care or a roof over our heads ect, someone has to create the values which are then usually siezed by government and ruinously redistributed to other parties, provision of all these could be made much more efficient but not while the government holds the purse strings, through globalisation the day may come when its much cheaper to go to china or india to get your dental work done, but this won’t happen unless the current trend towards divisionism is stopped, there are atificial obsticals being errected in an effort to shrink the growth in human communications that has emerged in the later half or the twentieth century, it’s like they want to pen us into our respective neighbourhoods once again, realising that it’s easier to manipulate the ‘livestock’ this way, this will reverse any progress towards efficient provision of services that we hoped would continue to raise our standard of living, who gives a toss about the next life, meanwhile your kids need better dentistry, the irony is we have the technology to fully realise a global village with minimum interferance in the traffic of people around the world (only the dream stealers may fear being hindered), maybe it’s god that scared of another bable, well they did’nt have an Objective code of morality to keep them in check, but now we do, so humanity can reach it’s full potential and surpass the mediocrities in heaven where ever the hell that is.

is Britain a Democracy or is it a Contsitutional Monarchy and why is it that we are confused over something so fundamental as the nature of our goverment, America has a more explicit constitution but such awareness is discouraged in the British educational system, but even the U.S. appears unsure, are they a Democracy or a Constitutional Republic? the difference is quite significant in my opinion, for if we are citizens of an explicit constitution…. then we have certain obligations, some would say this is the preserve of religion but what rational person could dispute the benifits of the seperation of state and church etc… then what is to be the incentive to meet our obligations…. a carrot or a stick, since we no longer believe that we’ll spend an eternity in hell if we vote for the wrong candidate in an election then how do we exercise the proper consideration when giving a politition our stamp of authority at the ballet box? is Democracy unlimited majority rule? what if the vast majority of the the electorate are no longer dilligent enough to make an enformed choice, of course we cannot deny anyone a vote but the secret ballot system in elections is totally without accountability, what if those who voted for Adolf Hitler were logged as the ones who gave the mandate and hence were liable for war repairations to their own country men/women as well as the ones they initiated violence upon, is this unreasonable? should the time of secret balloting be ended since our elected officials appear reluctant to take responsibility for their decisions or even to recognise a bad decision, hence why those who provide the mandate must be ready to bare the blame if that leader has done a great wrong in their name, this requires an Iron clad why of Identification, this may scare the more timid voters away and with good reason because they sense that this apparently innocent activity of marking a box with an ‘X’ could possibly cause any difficulty but it very often does, then it becomes neccessary to have an explicit code to live by, a common ground philosophy that is recognisable by all, why not Objective Reality? insted of our differing views of what parradise may or may not be? since we place a lot of credibility in the Greek method and have all profitted by the teachings of aristotle, I think Ayn Rand is the successor to Aristotle, yes she was an athiest and thank G0d for that because it allowed her to slip right through the drag net of the intellectual thought police, and now it’s within reach of anyone, this philosophy could be embraced by all the worlds great religions because it’s so grounded in reality which Rand seemed honour bound to be in total compliance with, like superman when he decided to hook up with lois, the condition was to take on her death D.N.A. so the off spring would be fallen genetically speaking, not some wierd notion of original sin but the on going degeneration of what presumably were flawless genes? perhaps this was Adam’s story too? but the myths of the bible are as guidance not to be taken literally which as M.
