Obama has spent FAR more time talking with Chavez than Friedman spent talking with Pinochet. Obama apparently has taken the advice of Chavez on how to run the US economy. Pinochet did NOT follow Friedman’s advise FULLY. These attacks on Friedman are so weak as to be meaningless.

Of all the arguments one could formulate against Hayek work, the ad hominem against the author himself, is the weakest.

They only point the book attempts to make is the one you almost get right in your statement, “There is some truth in the formula…”.

The rest is simiply a very weak attempt to discredit the author, without addressing what he has written.

good god hayek and friedman etc no the chicago school are all responsible for the illegal military coup in chile his philosophies were bank rolled by the buisness sector and banking such as the rothchilds his philosophies were to publicies there wants

his is a means for the middle classes to control and well extort what they want with no retrobution or redress “There is some truth in the formula stating that fascism and national-socialism are sort of medium-level class socialism” 86-87 road to serfdom

he wanted a select elite to rule and others to bark and follow and the ignorance of many and the propoganda of the neo liberal “class” shall allow such minimal governance
