Here is an interesting list of libertarian philosophers.
Coda: what appeared in my inbox, which is blogged here, seemed to be only a helpful reference tool. In fact, and on closer look, it seems to be something else entirely, with conspicuous exclusions and plenty of other problems. If it is useful, use it; if not, toss it.

Hoppe not included? It seems to me that his writings deal with philosophy to a great extent, even though his emphasis is economics.
Just a thought.

Not to mention Emory University philosopher Donald Livingston, whose “A Moral Accounting of the Union and the Confederacy” is a must read (see the JLS). See also his “Dismantling Leviathan” in the May 2002 issue of Harper’s.
This list is not comprehensive by any stretch of the imagination. It is, at least in part, taken from an IHS database. Note the hilarious entry for the distinguished scholar Dr. Thomas Woods. I was also surprised to find out that Dr. Boettke edits “practically all of the stuff” in Austrian economics. A few of the other entrants have rather blunt labels given to them whether it be Straussian, standard-issue American conservative, strict Calvinist, or not CL, but sympathetic.
This isn’t a list of strictly professional philosophers, not that it should be. To point out another glaring omission… How can Douglas Rasmussen be on the list and Douglas Den Uyl not be? That’s just sheer ignorance and laziness given how many books and articles the two have co-authored. That entry on Thomas Woods is awfully crazy. Also, the information on James Stacey Taylor is out of date; Taylor works in the philosophy department at my university, Louisiana State U.
Thanks for sharing though, Mr. Block.
