More importantly, the report details the change in drug enforcement policy over the last 20 years, as well as the perceived effects of such policy on use of the drug.

How right-wing is the US government now that even National Review is on record as supporting “Going to Pot”?
In another example of how private industry is more efficient than government, I spend only $1000/year on marijuana.
