I own the leftmost three :) What really got me about these things is how HEAVY they are, especially MES. They’re far heavier than mass-market paperbacks of similar size.

Jeff – anymore coming in this format? It would be cool to have Money, Bank Credit and Economic Cycles in pocket edition.
