The covers (front and back) and the copyright page have classes that are undefined (“sgc-1″ and “sgc-2″) neither by tags nor by the stylesheet so the covers don’t align in center

Daniel, we’re not finding the classes you mentioned, and the front and back cover align center in Adobe Digital Editions (ADE) and in iPad iBooks.
