Now It’s Green-Tea Stands

State agents have shut down a green-tea stand in Massachusetts that was being administered by a 12-year old. We must stop kids from getting any real-world commercial experience and get them back to their government desks in government classrooms where they can memorize and regurgitate what government employees tell them!

One is reminded of Bill Hicks… ”go back to bed America, your government is in control.”

Perhaps they failed to declare their earnings and pay the taxes on green tea transactions. In my country, Britain, a jaffa cake is a biscuit, but called a cake for tax purposes, as biscuits are taxed, whereas cakes are not.

I think we need a green tea or lemonade party. Everybody has their kids set up lemonade stands or green tea stands and dares the state to shut them all down.

Exactly. Let them cart a bunch of minors off to prison for selling tea and lemonade. Kidnapping…..

I bet it was because they didn’t allow the proper regulatory Goldilocks to check the temperature of the water to make sure it wasn’t to hot or too cold.

And now the command economy bureaucrats have come for our erring children. America will surely collapse economically when the regulators destroy our youths’ capitalist spirit.

I will enjoy some schadenfreude once these law enforcement officers’ rich pensions are totally emasculated along with the markets they wreck in my country.

Ah, but society’s great protectors simply must prevent youngsters with entrepreneurial tendencies from spiralling out of control, from veering away from the enlightened path of “New Man” altruism toward the dreaded “businessman” psychopathy.
