On the last night of this year’s Mises University program, after the official proceedings were over, students and faculty were treated to a performance by the very Mises-friendly band Fly by Radio just down the street. Even better, they called our own Robert P. Murphy onto the stage to sing Sweet Caroline. (Notice his shout-out at the beginning to Ben Bernanke.)

Almost as good as “An evening with Tom Woods”
Any chance Murphy is related to Dropkick Murphys? The guy rocks!
What a riot! Did anyone get up way early to join Jeff Tucker for pre-dawn Gregorian chants in honour of personal liberty and economic freedom?
Who’d of thought..freedom has talent!
This just made my day! Apparently while my classmates from HS class of ’72 have forgotten they used to call Govt types pigs and vowed to “smash the state” they now worship, the youth have watching. Never lose hope!
That was painful!
The Murph has NO pride!
I think I’m gonna give up on proceeding ever more boldly against evil and just start doing drunken karaoke.
Robert Murphy is one awesome dude
Wasn’t there some story about him doing a keg-stand?
Sweet Caroline doesn’t seem to be on the band’s regular playlist.
