Ah, the bite rashes of summer: bedbugs are back

A quick Google search confirms it (and confirms my prediction): bedbugs are back in the news. Warm weather + government controls on pesticides = bedbugs sucking blood from your back while you sleep.

Washing the linens in pet shampoo (flea & tick) can help with this. It is about the only thing left on the market that will help.

Before long we will have better care and treatment of dogs– oh, wait, we already do.

I wonder if Trisodium Phosphate, TSP, can help kill those bed bugs.

I heard that Borax shampoo can help.

Pre-treat luggage and clothing with a permethrin or pyrethrin product like Sawyers. If bedbugs are anything like ticks they’ll die shortly after making contact with the treated fabrics.

Pretty much hit the nail on the head here. Sadly, the “government” seems to barely care a lick about bed bugs and the enormous toll they can levy on a normal household or small business, let alone a large apartment complex or retail store…
