At one point they were trying to archive the entire Internet. They had Petabyte levels of storage. I don’t know if they are still trying… the amount of data seems to be rising exponentially.

It was something like 4 terrabytes of information. Needless to say, no one bothered to download it because that would have cost a fortune in server storage space. Which is funny, because you could store the entire Internet in 1999 for $200 today.
