Here’s the third and final installment of my “Trade is Made of Win” series, which is part of the IHS LearnLiberty.org project.
As I prep for my classes–the last classes of the semester–this morning it’s interesting to reflect on just how much the educational universe has changed since I joined the faculty at Rhodes College in 2006. If they’ve done their assignments, my econ 100 students have watched Roger Garrison’s amazing “Austrian Theory of the Trade Cycle” lecture to prep for today’s discussion of the Austrian theory of the business cycle. The LearnLiberty videos are amazingly well-edited. Ben Powell’s explanation of basic public choice, for example, packs one of the most important lessons in all of political economy into a very clear and lucid two minutes and twenty seconds. I’ll be using videos like these as supplements for years to come.

What the heck. All these great videos are coming out all of a sudden. This is awesome.
Is it just me or is the audio only coming from the left side?
just you I think. These videos really are great: well produced and an invaluable lesson in two minutes.
Another great lesson. More, please.
