Visual Learning Resource for Praxeology Through Price Theory

April 23, 2011 by

Here is a resource for any visual learners interested in taking Robert Murphy’s online course Praxeology Through Price Theory course, which will be a thorough study of the first third of Rothbard’s Man, Economy, and State, and which starts this coming Wednesday. Below is a comic-book adaptation that I did (under my old pen name) of Rothbard’s discussion of equilibrium price formation in MES, Chapter 2. (Rothbard’s equilibrium price discussion will be covered in Week 3 of the course.)

Slide 6 appears to be out of place in the visual learning tool above. I think it needs to be after slide 10.

Thanks for introducing Adam Knott. His efforts to expand praxelogic thought beyond catallatics and into the realm of social-ethical epistemology seems a rather giant step forward, especially with its apparent logical culmination with a panarchistic paradigm. I wonder however if the logical implementation has already been foreshadowed in the ’60′s counter-culture and currently taking seed in the non-violent Truth in Taxation movements that exist as an unconscious non-violent Libertarian growth out of Ron Paul’s supporters who formed the 21st Century Tea Party?
