Vincent Remealto, a commercial real estate valuation analyst for MasterPlan Capital LLC contends it’s out there, but that banks are extending and pretending.

This is called “Regulatory Forbearance”.

Thanks for writing a post about this. You’ve got a bunch of wonderful information here on your site. I’m very! I have a few blogs that I try to keep somewhat ongoing myself but it is a struggle sometimes. You’ve done a good job with this one. How do you keep up?

It’s good to hear mortgagees and mortgagors are making some attempt to work constructively together. If borrowers will have difficulty getting a conventional refinance, then I hope the banks do something constructive. Maybe banks should be encouraged to renew their loans and give good terms.
