The Mises Institute is having a contest to find the perfect logo for Mises Academy.
Everyone is invited to create his or her own version of a logo for Mises Academy and submit it to logo@mises.com.
Designers are free to create a logo completely from scratch or modify any logo or graphic on mises.org.
The best logo will be selected from the submissions and used throughout Mises Academy. The designer of the winning logo will be publicly recognized for his or her work and will receive a free Mises Academy course of his or her choice!
Requirements:
- All submissions must be sent by October 31, 2010.
- Logo must be 300dpi resolution or higher
- File type must be Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photopshop, Corel Draw, or layered TIF

For convenience, here are two versions of the Mises shield logo:

I quibble, but must we use “their” when “his” or “her” or “his or her” would work so much better?
Why not use “one’s”?

300 dpi, but for what final destination? Is it a website header logo?
It will go on everything; this includes both the website and physical goods sold in the store.
It is 300 dip or greater. If your logo is too large to email, let me know so that you can upload via ftp.
