In his Mises Daily Explore the Theory of the Completely Free Society, in which he discusses his upcoming online course The Economics of Private Legal and Defense Services (it starts in 1 week!), Robert Murphy wrote:
If two students want to volunteer to represent opposing sides on a particular issue, then we will set up a discussion thread devoted exclusively to them. They go back and forth, while the other students can only to comment on the “sidelines” in an accompanying thread. (See Grayson’s blog post to get a better idea of how this will work in practice.)
The post Murphy linked to was about my debate with “Neoclassical” over methodological dualism. Even more apropos to Bob’s upcoming course is this debate I had with “Rettoper”, arguing over the question, “Has anarchism been disproved by history?” Here is the debate thread, and here is the “sidelines” thread.
