A Medical Proletariat

April 5, 2010 by

Governmentalized health services sooner or later run into the iron curtain of mountainous costs. The easiest way out is to curtail honoraria, denouncing the doctors as profiteers. FULL ARTICLE by Melchior Palyi

One can only hope that we do not reach this point in the USA. A couple of elections will tell. The article is very clear in what happens to the medical doctor. I would hate to think what was the result to the patient?
Anyway, our current doctor to patient ratio just took a big dive. If the Socialists were corrrect and there are 30 million more people to take care of the doctors are going to have to stay in shape. Fortunately in this country a doctor (so far)has more freedom than they do in Germany and other European countries. I can see the good doctor going to see John Galt and play golf for a while. God save us all.

Why do people not acknowledge that the patients in the US pay way more money for a way inferior product compared to those “bad” countries like Germany or Great Britain.
