A thinker’s journey is never done. But at this stage in mine, to me it seems evident that the thought of Ludwig von Mises is, thus far, the apogee of man’s age-old quest for soundness of thought. In the blog posts that follow, I will put that impression to the test in reflections on the history of “big ideas”, viewed through the lens of Mises’ thought.

but we want it now ;-p
Interesting dilemma that you present searching for the eternal “soundness of thought” when so much of today’s so-called “culture” is nothing more than mere indoctrination by the State. It seems for me that clarity in thought can best be found by a cleansing of such indoctrination by the pursuit of knowledge from the past. I look forward to your sharing of your journey for historical “big ideas.” To quote, “How many roads must a man walk down before you call him a man?”
