How to update your avatar in blog comments

You probably noticed the Avatar icon that now appears next to blog comments. To customize your avatar, signup at Gravatar.com. Gravatar avatars can be used in any blog that supports them because they are linked to your email address. Just enter the email address you use for your comments.

That explains it, then. I already had a Gravatar account, but didn’t realize you were using Gravatar. I was quite surprised to see my icon show up in the blog, but thought that maybe you had pulled it from the Communities section.
