It is very hard to find these kind of books in Romania. We've just had "Human Action" translated by some people. Hayek, I think, has two books translated, but none from his economics.

So I've seen that Mises.org sends books world wide, and uses Paypal. A very smart thing, compared with Liberty Fund for example. They have good and cheep books too, but I cannot buy them.

Anyway, from a future customer, thank you very much. I've learned a lot from the pdf's I've downloaded from this site, but I like books. It's the feeling of it I guess.

PS: does anyone know how much the shipping costs? From USA to Romania?

http://mises.org/books/bankingbusinesscycle.pdf

Sag,
You can read it online for free at that link. There are some things about the Mises Institute that are helpful to me. Among them is the archive of pdf documents, and keeping in print things that otherwise might not be. That is especially true for the stuff published before 1950 or so. I will keep this reading suggestion in mind for the future.

Dr. Higgs,

Thank you very much for the recommendation. Rothbard recommended it in his America's Great Depression. I thought perhaps his book made it redundant. But from your recommendation and the posts you quote I can see it is clearly an incredible book. I will purchase it shortly. Thank you.
