Reading this, I got the same eerie feeling I got when I read one of Milton Friedman&#039;s books: The knowledge that an intelligent man wrote this, but somehow let particular statist arguments get to him. 

Same style too. A little bit of economic  theory then extensive specifics on some particular scheme.]]></description>
